Certifications/Qualifications

• Valid New York State (NYS) certification in French (7-12) certification
• Fluency in French with strong pedagogical skills.
• Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably at the middle or high school level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that promote language acquisition
  and cultural understanding.
• Foster an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and differentiated instruction as needed.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technology to enhance language learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
