Shenendehowa Central School District has an anticipated vacancy and is now accepting applications. Job Responsibilities
The position provides routine support to ensure accurate and timely processing and delivery of mailings and equipment, such responsibilities include:
- Receives, sorts, and delivers incoming and outgoing USPS, UPS, and interoffice mailings across the district;
- Transports broken and defective computer equipment to repair points and returns them when repairs are complete;
- Transports school funds to secure locations;
- Manages helpdesk tickets using a computerized system for tasks related to moving equipment and boxes; and assists with other department projects/assignments as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Step 1 ($22.07/hr) - Step 7 ($23.88/hr)

Certifications/Qualifications
Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license. Good driving skills and working knowledge of safe driving practices, traffic laws, and regulations. Ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. Exhibit good judgment, mental alertness, tact and courtesy. Physical condition commensurate with the responsibilities of the position, requiring ability to lift up to 75 pounds and walk 10,000+ steps/day.
